30-day guarantee

If you are not happy with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help with a refund or replacement. Please include your order number and the email used at checkout.

Refund eligibility

Refunds apply to first-time orders placed directly through Wellnest Kidz. We may ask for basic order details, product feedback, photos of damage, or return information so we can resolve the request quickly.

Damaged or missing items

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the affected item or issue a refund after reviewing the order details.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be canceled before the next renewal is processed. Once a subscription order has shipped, it follows the same refund rules as a standard order.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take several business days to post the refund after it is processed.
