Shipping timeline

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check nearby doors, mail areas, parcel lockers, and household members first. If it still has not arrived, contact support with your order number.

Returns
