Tracking
When your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check nearby doors, mail areas, parcel lockers, and household members first. If it still has not arrived, contact support with your order number.
Returns
Because these are ingestible products for kids, returns are handled through customer support. First orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
